This house lies among the pastures of Cashelane Farm, where black Aberdeen Angus and white Charolais cattle are bred. There is a picturesque panorama from the house onto Dunmanus Bay and to the west lies the Atlantic Ocean.

It is only a few kilometres from Carbery 3 to the famous fishing port of Schull - and 20 minutes drive to the wonderful sandy beaches at Mizen Head Peninsula.

Downstairs: Kitchen, dining and sitting room, open fire, bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, terrace.
Upstairs: Loft Gallery, 1 double bedroom. (Oil system central heating, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, TV, Telephone).
