This is the day we missed due to weather delay getting out of United States

This was the best hotel of our trip. While the location would be better if the weather was better, I guess the management cannot influence that :) But the management and staff were the friendliest and more welcoming than anywhere else, they made me feel that if they could have fixed the weather the would!!! A real Irish welcome!

our room faced the sea and the wild winds whipped through the franch doors and made quite a racket. we had a rather difficult time finding the hotel but were pleased once we did

Since this hotel has been renovated it is a really great place to stay. We had a great meal in the dining room and I loved the Ballycotton Plaice for breakfast.

    Testimonials

"I just wanted to let you know our Ireland trip was fabulous!!
    Thank you so much!
Your recommendation to Adare Manor was a top tip!
I went to Ashford Castle as well, it was very very nice to, but my preference is still Adare Manor.
I just wish that I had booked 2 nights there instead of just one.
The B&Bs were TOP too! Especially the one in Kilkieren up in Galway. Barbara was lovely and couldn't have done more to make our stay memorable.
The Hillside House is definately one you can recommend to anyone!" -- Silke
