Guest Reviews of Granville Hotel

Friendly staff, the room was clean and bright with convenient parking across the street (vs. 150 yards away and more that some hotels offered).

Craig Miron on Mon Dec 1 2008

close to centre but was somewhat noisy in streets outside due to pubs and or clubs. Hotel was ideally placed as a base and the staff were very good as were the hotel facilites

Pat Mcveigh on Mon Sep 29 2008

We waited for 20 minutes in the pub resturant for service and finaly walked out. We did advise management of our complaint.

David Mueller on Mon Sep 22 2008

A good hotel for the central part of Waterford.

Griffin Americas on Wed Jul 16 2008

Comfortable hotel with good food.

Mr Trevor Kimsey on Thu Jun 26 2008

All of the Hotels were good. Jury's park was out of the way, and not convient to pubs and resturants. Killarnary towers was to small for comfort, but the staff was exceptional and food good. Staff at Linerick Hilton for breakfast was very poor. Our tour guide was exceptional. He made our trip!

David Foster on Sun May 25 2008

The best thing about this place was the location. It worked great for walking and exploring the town. The receptionist wasn't the nicest we met, but okay. Everything about it was just fine.

Cecilia Salanger on Tue Apr 22 2008

The best room of all the hotels. Breakfast very nice and freshly cooked. Would not however recommend the evening meal.

Robert Sharpe on Tue Mar 18 2008

Again no tea and coffee in the room. Although it was available at 6 am in the lobby. Also had to pay to park the car - they could give you a token to pay with as you are a guest.

Kathleen Evans on Sat Oct 27 2007

Didn't see much of Waterford, but was not impressed with the surrounding area to the hotel. No one offered to help with baggage. Breakfast was fine. Bar was large and comfortable.

Kathleen Mcgann on Tue Oct 23 2007

Bog standard huge hotel catering for coach loads.

Barbara Mcdermid on Tue Aug 14 2007

Breakfast ends too early!

Sean Kelly on Thu Dec 14 2006

Location seemed ok - the quay is not exactly scenic, but it was a good place from which to explore the southeast of Ireland. Some room locations required using partial flights of stairs, even with benefit of the elevator. Breakfast service was very good. Rooms were very good.

Chris Rowland on Mon Aug 28 2006

I did not like that we had to pay for parking. this is something you should tell you customers
