We at myguideIreland really value and enjoy reading the many emails we get from our Guests about their trip to Ireland. So much so that we are introducing a new section on our website called "GUESTS STORIES - FOLLOW IN THEIR FOOTSTEPS" whereby we will feature the stories and experiences of our Guests that are traveling to Ireland in 2010 and beyond.
Why are we doing this?
Well each year we get numerous testimonials from our Guests, which are great. However, we believe that in the online environment today with Facebook, Tripadvisor, Twitter, etc merely listing testimonials on our site does not do this feedback justice. It is a source of information with much more potential benefit for our future Guests.
Therefore, we are introducing a more fun and informative form of feedback whereby fellow Guests can learn and benefit from the experiences of our current Guests. Ultimately we would like to encourage all our Guests to keep a "Travel Diary" and share that on our website with other fellow Ireland enthusiasts.
So to get this off the ground we are introducing a section on our website entitled "GUESTS STORIES - FOLLOW IN THEIR FOOTSTEPS". This will feature up to 10 tours at any one time that our Guests went on during the year. These tours are described in our Guests own words with nothing added or taken out (unless requested). Share their experiences.....
Our family group trip to Ireland( 8 people, total ), June 11 - 23, was
coordinated ,with me as the contact person , by Bridie Tamer . She was just
great ! She helped me through all the decision making and was always just a
phone call or e-mail away with a prompt response
on from Kennedy Coaches was at Shannon to meet us bright and early and with a smile, a smile that never left his face all week. The van was clean and comfortable and he was a perfect host and guide.
"I just wanted to let you know our Ireland trip was fabulous!! Thank you so much! Your recommendation to Adare Manor was a top tip! I went to Ashford Castle as well, it was very very nice to, but my preference is still Adare Manor. I just wish that I had booked 2 nights there instead of just one. The B&Bs were TOP too! Especially the one in Kilkieren up in Galway. Barbara was lovely and couldn't have done more to make our stay memorable. The Hillside House is definately one you can recommend to anyone!" -- Silke
