The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and contains t.v. and very cozy suite of furniture. The openplan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided.

Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, handbasin, shower and bath.

Secure parking is provided for each house. The houses are heated with electric central heating and there are storage heaters in each room. In addition, all bed linen and towels are provided.

A whole host of activities to choose from in the area, such as golfing at Kenmare and Ring of Kerry Golf Clubs, horse riding and pony trekking, cycling, angling, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, hill walking and diving. Kenmare lies 30 minutes drive from sandy beaches where you can swim. Visit Bonane Heritage Park, which provides a lovely walk through 5000 years of history. Tour also the Ring of Beara .
