Guest Reviews of

After three days at Sheedy's felt a real let down. We wouldn't return. A pub like hotel with no separate eating facilities. Really an open public bar. Put in a 'smoking room' which we thought was not allowed. We were changed immediately to a non- smoking room in a section that seemed earlier to have been closed as they had to put on the heating. Rook was the smallest we had used not up to the standard of the other hotels. B & B might have proved better!

We spent our first night of the trip here and were very upset that all of our accomadations would be this bad. The room was shabby, the drapes and bedspread were faded and torn. The water was yellow. The shower did not work. There were not enough employees on duty. We had the same woman check us in, check us out and bring our breakfast.

This Hotel was operating as a Bar, with snacks. There was no manager on duty, the heating syatem was not operating reliably, the restaurant was not open. Reception was being covered by bar staff. In the room, the phone, TV remote and window, were all innoperable. Having lodges our dissatisfaction, we were moved to another Hotel, which was very nicem apart from drunks waking us up into the small hours - 0500 on the last night, a Fri.
