Suggested Tour Summary - customizable in any way

fDay 1: Explore the many delights of Dublin, on you first day in Ireland. This evening, eat at one of Dublin's many top class restaurants and sample Dublin nightlife and see why it is the top weekend destination city in Europe.

Day 2: From here travel onwards to Kilkenny known as the "Marble City", a wonderfully relaxed and pleasant town. Kilkenny is essentially a very small city, a population of less than 25,000. As such the best way to see all is to get lost. Wander off and see where your ambles take you.

Day 3: Drive up through West Cork to Kinsale otherwise known as the "Gourmet Capital of Ireland". It's location ensures a plentiful supply of seafood for the town's restaurants and eateries. These premises, in guaranteeing their reputations, insist upon the highest quality of locally produced meat, vegetables and dairy produce. An extensive selection of pubs, restaurants and hotels are available as would be expected from such an acclaimed centre of tourism. The yachting and sailing fratemity frequent the town through the summer and the Point to Point Festival at the end of May is just one of the town's many annual events.

Day 4: Head towards Killarney for your next night and enjoy the popular Ring of Kerry tour where the winding road leads you between the Atlantic Coastline and the highest mountains in Ireland. Visit Muckross House, Killarney National Park, Ross Castle or even go for a round of golf at the Killarney Golf and fishing Club Championship Course. There are also many traditional pubs and excellent restaurants to enjoy and maybe an Irish Music Seisiun.

Day 5: Depart Killarney and head either to Listowel to take the ferry across to Clare at Tarbert or you could drive there via Limerick City. View the Cliffs of Moher and drive through the Burren and on towards the village of Lisdoonvarna for your next nights stay. Situated in the heart of The Burren it is a very popular tourist town.

Day 6 & 7: From Lisdoonvarna head to Clifden for your next 2 nights stay at the Carna Bay Hotel. Attractions in and around Connemara include Clifden, Oughterard, leenane, Maams Cross. Connemara is best enjoyed by taking a leisurely aimless drive through it's lonely countryside where peach comes easy. There are also excellent hillwalking routes to be found here.

Day 8: Drive along the attractive shores of Lower Lough Erne. Continue through the midlands with farms and busy market towns. Near Navan visit the Boyne Valley Visitor Centre to see displays on the underground burial chambers dating from 2,500 BC. Drive into Dublin and relax on the last night of your trip
