On 7 acres of extensively landscaped grounds guests can avail of 2 children's play areas, a games room, 2 tennis courts and many picnic tables and benches. The cottage and apartment interiors blend authentic tradition with modern day comforts and conveniences.

The 4 bedroom cottages are detached (these all sleep 8 persons) and the 2 bedroom cottages are semi-detached (these sleep 4 persons). The bigger houses offer two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs; each bedroom sleeps two people, as well as bathrooms on each floor. The two bedroom cottages consist of 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchens are fully equipped and have dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. The dining/living room is spacious with open fireplace. Many of the cottages have French doors onto the patio.
There are four apartments located in a separate building close to the reception comprising of three 2 bedroom and one 1 bedroom unit. They are all self contained with private kitchen and bathroom/shower room facilities. There are three apartments on the ground floor and one only apartment upstairs (2 bedroom).
The 4* houses have gas cooker and gas central heating, whereas the 3* houses have electric cooker, electric storage heaters and an electric immersion water heater.
Access to all the main visitor attractions and places of interest is one of the many advantages of staying at Spiddal Holiday Homes. Spiddal is a perfect location for outdoor activities. Be it golf, hill walking, horse riding, fishing or watersports. The main tourist attractions in the area are Galway City, the Aran Islands and Kylmore Abbey.
