myguideIreland has announced that it is reversing recent Sterling declines for UK travellers. For UK tourists who want to travel to or holiday in Ireland, a Euro will now cost them just 69p, which equals the exchange rate enjoyed by UK travellers visiting Euro-zone destinations back in March of last year.
This move has been enabled by foresight in currency managemant by the company's finance department.
The move makes Ireland much more affordable for UK Guests of myguideIreland than most tourist destinations where they are exposed to the strengthening Euro.
All prices have been updated on this website to reflect this exchange rate. This exchange rate will be honoured for all bookings confirmed by July 11th 2008 and reviewed again at that point.
