The Suck Valley Way on the border of West Roscommon and East Galway, incorporating part of the O' Sullivan Beara Trail, offers walkers an opportunity to experience the beauty, peace and tranquillity of the oval shaped walk.

The route offers attractive and varied countryside and passes over hillsides, through forest, woodlands, bogland and along the banks of the River Suck and its many lakes and through open countryside. There is a wide range of historical and archeological sites en route, including a unique La Téne Stone dating back to the Iron Age. For naturalist and wildlife enthusiasts it is a real heaven, offering a rich variety of flora and fauna.

"Sorry this is so late but I just wanted to say Thank you so much for planning such a wonderful trip! We enjoyed every aspect of it. I just wanted to let you know that the tax on the Bed & Breakfast's was a Dublin tax." -- Audrey
