Westin Hotel

Luxury, sophistication and prime location, the Westin is one of a new breed of Dublin's five star hotels, in an impressively restored Georgian building in the heart of the City.

Magnificently restored from former banking buildings of 1863, the Westin is situated on Westmoreland Street adjacent to College Green and less than five minutes walk from Temple Bar. Inside, Georgian splendour has been returned with added contemporary style and verve. The vast Banking Hall, the hotel's signature feature, towers with marble pillars, tall mahogany doorways and intricate ornamental features. The Atrium Lounge is another feature unique to the Westin, a huge classed roofed foyer set within the heart of the hotel, perfect for relaxing with a coffee and morning newspaper, afternoon tea or pre-dinner cocktail.

The guest rooms at the Westin are lavished with the utmost luxury and are sumptuously decorated to highest standards with mahogany furnishings and rich warm colours. Each room features the Westin's famous "Heavenly Bed" affording the soundest of sleeps and the bathrooms are finely decked in Italian marble.

Dining at the Westin is an engaging experience, the Exchange Restaurant is elegantly set while the menu presents a mix of local, national and international dishes, drawing from the very finest Irish ingredients and presented with style and flair. While The Mint at the Westin is fast becoming one of Dublin's most exclusive meeting places, a stylish basement bar located in the old bank vaults, serving contemporary bistro style dishes and live jazz music in the evenings.

With Dublin on the doorstep, the Westin is in the very heart of one of the world's most vibrant and colourful capital cities with many of its famous sights and landmarks just minutes away.
