On arrival at the Airport of your choice, pick up your car and drive to the Connemara Coast Hotel where you can unpack your bags for a two night stay. The Connemara Coast Hotel is set along the shores of Galway Bay on the coastline of Connemara, and offers relaxed luxury in spectacular surroundings. The hotel enjoys excellent views of Galway Bay, and is within easy driving distance of the lively Galway city. It is an excellent location for touring Connemara which has some of Ireland's most mystical and characteristic landscapes providing some excellent touring scenery right on the doorstep. You can enjoy a leisurely drive to Co Mayo and take in a visit to Croagh Patrick, Ireland's holy mountain, from where legend tells us Saint Patrick banished all snakes from Ireland and where thousands of pilgrims come every year to pay homage to Ireland's patron saint. Alternatively, enjoy a drive along Killary Harbour coastline which is the home to Ireland's only fjord.

After enjoying time in Connemara and Mayo you can drive at a lesisuely pace to the Mill Park Hotel. On route you may wish to stop of at the Ceide Fields, the most extensive stone age monument in the world or Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetary,in Co Sligo which is the second largest cemetery of megalithic tombs in Europe .
The Mill Park Hotel is located just outside Donegal Town on the road to Killybegs. The Mill Park is a large family friendly hotel, which is perfectly located for touring Donegal and the northwest of Ireland. Donegal county is the most north-westerly county in Ireland and is rugged and remote even by Irish standards, giving it a sense of unspoilt character. There's lots to see and do while you are there including visits to the ruins of Donegal Castle, the seat of the power of the O'Donnell clan. Pay a visit to Glebe House, Letterkenny which is a preRegency House, 1828, set in woodland gardens, decorated with William Morris textiles, Islamic and Japanese art etc. The art collection includes 300 works by leading 20th century artists - Picasso, Kokoshka as well as Irish and Italian artists.
Glenveagh National Park is another of Donegal's treaures and covers almost 10,000 hectares of mountains, lakes, glens and woods. It designated a 'Natioanl Park' in 1986 and boasts beautiful lakes amidst breathtaking mountain scenery. It consists of Glenveagh National Park, Glenveagh Castle and Glenveagh Gardens.

For your last two days you will make the journey south to Ennis, Co Clare to the Old Ground Hotel. The Old Ground Hotel is a charming town house hotel offering elegant accommodation in the lively heart of Ennis, a town renowned for its sense of history and Irish culture. Ennis is a great location for touring Co Clare's famous Burren and Cliffs of Moher. Its possible to take visits to Limerick and Kerry from here also if you wish.
